Tea Bungalow Fort Cochin, Kerala, India

The guiding force behind Tea Bungalow is Mr.Vivek Dempo founder of Dempo Resorts. The Dempo Family is one of the oldest families of Goa, who controlled the coconut trade from the 16th to the 19th Century. Tea Bungalow is an art connoisseur's delight. Take a look at the doors of the Cochin suite. The ornate carving is the perfect foil for the simple elegance of the room. It looks like the Captain is just waiting for his order to hoist the main sail and set off on a new adventure.

The beautifully designed bathrooms have hot and cold showers and world-class fixtures. Specially handcrafted sandalwood soap provided, is made exclusively for Dempo Resorts.

There are wide verandahs with broad comfortable armchairs and teapoys, to do that most pleasurable of all activities - nothing. They allow you to just let the Tea Bungalow Experience flow over you, gently, softly until it is time to face the real world again.
