Sonnetta Residency buiding was built by the PORTUGEESE COLONIELS during their   occupational era between 1660 and 1663. It is situated at Princess   Street, Fort 
              Kochi, Kerala, South India.
              Our building is listed amongst the oldest heritage buildings   of that period, and is in the CENTRE SPOT of Fort 
              Kochi. The building   was initially non-occupational and hence was renovated to the present   style and needs of tourists / travelers, retaining the original ambience   and serenity of the place.
